We have a special volunteer service opportunity coming up this Valentine's Day. Instead of just making the day for ourselves, we want to show God's love to those who rarely receive it on Valentine's Day. So we will be visiting an elderly care home in Santa Monica to bring some joy to the residents there. It will be a meaningful time, so please join us!
We’ll have rides to the convalescent home from De Neve Turnaround at 5:30pm.
We have a special Bible study this coming Friday, with a guest speaker who is a professor from Northern California! Join us as we study the Bible together, with free dinner! Afterwards, we’ll be preparing our special performance for Alex and Christine’s wedding to show our love and appreciation for all they’ve done for us!
Let's welcome the year of the pig! Nelson and Fran want to invite everyone in 4Corners to their home for a Chinese New Year party. On Martin Luther King (MLK) weekend (January 19-21), 4Corners UCLA will join other international groups across Southern California for our annual SoCal Winter Retreat! We will spend 2 nights at a beautiful property in Angelus Oaks, CA that’s owned by our church. We will study the Bible together, get to know one another, and play fun games both indoors and outside in the snow! This will be a great chance to learn and understand all about Christianity.
The fee for the retreat is $50. There will be a $5 discount for those who sign up before December 31, 2018! Meals, rides, and lodging will be provided. More information and signup page is available here.
Come check out an awesome multimedia exhibit our church constructed, open this week! Christmas Experience is a multimedia walk-through exhibit, exploring what the true meaning of Christmas is and why the Incarnation is such amazing news. Readings available in English, Chinese, and Korean. The exhibit is self-paced and takes approximately 15-30 mins. We’ll have dinner on the way there, visit the exhibit together, and go out for Asian desserts/boba in Irvine after! Rides will be at 7pm at De Neve Turnaround.

It's a really interesting and thought-stimulating talk, so make sure you join us on this Friday! We start with free dinner at 7pm!

We have a special guest speaker coming all the way from San Diego to give us his perspective on a topic that is so relevant in light of the many religions present in the world today. Hope you can join us!
Happy spring break! This week is actually also a very important week in the Christian calendar known as Passion Week, when Christians take time to reflect on the last days of Jesus. We hope you can join us as we commemorate Jesus' death and resurrection, and what that means personally for us.
We'll be having our Good Friday and Easter services in Irvine, so let your staff know if you'd like to join, so we can work out a ride for you!
Spring Break is coming! In celebration, we'll be taking a one-day trip the Saturday after finals to beautiful, sunny SAN DIEGO! We'll be going on a scenic hike, enjoy SD's famous Mexican cuisine, and, weather permitting, even kayaking! Mark your calendars, or even better, sign up today!
Congrats to those of you who've already made it to Spring Break -- and hang in there to those of you who still have a final or two to go! If you'll be around tomorrow evening, come join us for the last 4C Friday of the spring quarter!
